Barnum intersperses facts of his life with stories and happenings that made me laugh The story is told from thge viewpoint of his life in relation to his business I liked the book because it answered questions I had after reading the fiction book THE AUTOBIOGRAPHY OF MRS TOM THUMB The book did not include the collaboration with Bailey circus so I guess a reading of another version of PT Barnum is in order.

Very slow to start with, and it takes awhile to get to his colorful career as a showman, but if you are looking for an autobiographical account of his family life, and history, then this will do the trick.

I think the story is interesting and a good read but the print is so hard to read It seems like it was printed on a machine that was out of ink so it is unpleasant and uncomfortable to read so I am losing interest If there is a problem there maybe you could look into it I would love to have the book with a nicer print.

This book is very outdated and did not transfer well to ebook It has many typos and mess ups making it hard to read sometimes, but in general it was a good book.
